A vivid portrait by director Christopher Phillips from an actual crime scene at the shooting death of an unarmed 18-year old Mansur Bal-Bey by a St. Louis Metropolitan Police officer on August 19, 2015. Phillips also captures the candlelight vigil and balloon release of Jamyla Bolden, a 9-year old girl killed in her home a drive by shooting while doing her homework.
